Our customer’s satisfaction is a top priority in Rounderwear so if for some reason you need to return the products purchased through our website, you can easily do it within the 30 days of purchase.
As long as an item is still in its original condition, we accept returns for free, subject to the health/ hygiene rules below:
-Returned items must be in their original package and in unused condition.
-Returned items must be unworn and tags must be attached.
-Returned items must be sent back within 30 days of the delivery date.
-Returned items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear.
-Returns are only eligible for store credit codes or exchange orders with item (s) on a similar price range.

Return items are subject to a final inspection taken by our Quality department team who will determine if your item (s) are approved or rejected.
Allow 8 business days for processing your returns, as soon as the return is processed our Customer Service department will connect with you to send either an exchange order or a store credit as per customer’s indications.
In the unfortunate event that a product does not meet our health/hygiene regulations, we will send a notification to you, rejected products will be free to be requested back with the shipping costs covered by the customers.
We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that have been worn, soiled, laundered, or altered in any way. We also reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who, it has been determined, makes excessive returns.
International orders, final Sale products, multipacks, accessories, Gift Cards, and custom items are not eligible for return, refund, or credit.
Rounderwear is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in transit, without proof of postage. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your purchase for return.
If the contents of the package that you received does not match the items that you ordered, or if your order is incomplete, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receipt.
If your package is sent back to the original sender for any reason (invalid address, unclaimed packages, no access to delivery location) we will be happy to resend your order under your confirmed shipping information but if the delivery issue still occurs all remaining delivery attempts will be covered by customers.
All domestic packages are shipped through USPS and include tracking information once processed by our team. It is your responsibility to provide us a secure delivery address as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is missing/ lost/ stolen, please thoroughly check around the mailbox or the point of drop off as it may have been concealed by the delivery agent. If it is missing, allow 3-5 days as there may be a delay in delivery and then report the lost package to firstname.lastname@example.org for either a store credit or a replacement package. Orders reported after the allotted time frame will no longer qualify for credit or replacement.
